Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via TNT, a trusted and reliable carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the TNT website.
Shipping Costs
We currently do not offer free shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
FINE ART PRINTS by KARSTEN is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit. Once your order has been handed over to TNT, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact TNT directly using your tracking information. We are happy to assist you in opening a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
